Subway - Phoenix

The staff was really pleasant! The young woman at the counter was polite and friendly. My wife and I usually converse in Spanish, and when she heard us speaking in our native language, she switched from English to Spanish with a warm smile. She took her time with our order and didn’t rush us. The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is that there was a shooting outside as my wife and I were getting into our car. I mean, that’s at 43rd and McDowell—what do you expect?

While the neighborhood may not be the best, my experiences at the subway stay outstanding. I visit about twice a week, and one of the employees there is incredibly creative, always crafting me an amazing sandwich. Recently, I decided to add paprika to my sandwich before it gets heated, and it really enhances the flavor!

This Subway is very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The restaurant has a good layout, and the dining area is spacious. The staff is efficient and very friendly with customers.
