Rubio's Coastal Grill - Phoenix

The 2 Cilantro Lime Bowls didn't have any sauces on them and no guacamole either. Those things would have made the food Fantastic!! But it still tasted good- it was cooked well. The California Bowl EXCELLENT! We were supposed to get a bag of chips per order but didn't receive any.

The food was very bland and lacked seasoning. In the pictures the food looked different to what was served. My son was disappointed with the Churros because it was partially uncooked and had no sauces. Overall i thought the food was very Average!

Mango iced tea dispenser needs to be cleaned because aroma and taste of the mango iced tea order was poor with an aftertaste. Bacteria may be present inside the container. As far as the food, the quantity of shrimp should be enhanced because taco was mostly empty. #truth

Seriously the best run Rubios in the valley and really an impressive management! Even through Covid when no one would work I watched this dude show up everyday and make it happen he was basically a one man show with his cooks for 2 years. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week is always ready in 10 minutes or less and my order is always perfect! I see y'all working hard, keep it up!

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a long time, but it was a pleasant surprise when I did! The service was fantastic and I want to give a special shout out to Maria and Jose for their great interaction with us.
