Omaha Steakhouse - Phoenix

I was looking forward to have an Omaha Steak . We occasionally buy them and have them shipped to us at home and they are always good. We ordered our food, one steak med rear and one medium. The medium was well sent it back, the med rear was medium. Not very tender. They did bring another which was ok. I 'm not sure corporate Omaha Steaks would want their name associated with this place. One tell tail sign should have been the fact there were only two other parties in the whole place. For us, we will not return. Oh and we could hear the cook not chef complaining we sent the steak back. Waitress was nice.

Omaha Steakhouse at Phienix was a big disappointment. Confusing and changing menus, inexperienced wait staff and poor food.

We were the only people in the building...it was socially cold and inhospitable...not friendly....we walked out...

We had not been here in a while and we wanted to go back to check it out. It was disappointing to say the least. The actual menu was far more limited than the menu that was in the Open Table app, not a lot of choices. Our server was fantastic very friendly and helpful. The food was under nothing to ooh and aahh about. My partner filet was not cooked to order, she order it well and it was medium if not closer to medium rare. While my steak was ordered medium and was closer to well done. We did not bring it to anyone's attention we just switched steaks. The mashed potatoes were also underwhelming too. Unfortunately, it was probably our last time going there. We had many great times there however this restaurant is not nearly as classy as it once was.

Awful. When we arrived, we waited ten minutes before anyone came to the host stand. It appeared to be a server covering it, so that's understandable. There was less than 10 tables total, and the only other larger party was a 15 top in the back that arrived long before us and had a separate server. It took 1.5 hours for the food to come out, the server was absent most of the time one of our group found her talking to the bartender when we were looking for her. She did not bring bread until asked after the appetizers, and salads. The potatoes were cold even after being sent back once. The medium rare steak was medium well and the server just went oh yeah it's more medium well that happens, but did not even want to take the potato back initially to reheat it. Our drinks were empty most of the night, even when I asked her for refills for everyone. I finally asked for the manager after the main course went so badly, and he asked me what I wanted him to do. He took our drinks off, one potato, and one steak (the one that was the most overly cooked) but never checked back or anything. The server was completely unapologetic, and just awkwardly laughed at everything.
