Maria's Frybread Mexican Food - Phoenix

They have received a drive-thru award from Phoenix Times Magazine.

Went there today after a great 1 st experience! They messed up my order and I drove 40 minutes to get home and discover it. Called them and they are telling me I am wrong and never order it that way and they have proof! I had three of us who all heard me say it multiple times and now they do not want to fix their error!!! Wow! Guess the good experience is only if you stay in there to eat and not get to go, sadly!!!

Wow We're from 90 miles N of Phx and staying at the Hampton Inn getting ready to catch an early flight . I googled fast food near me and Maria's Frybread Mexican food was on the list. We decided to give them a try and man, am I glad we did the Frybread with beef, beans cheese was DE LICIOUS! Hubby loved his green chili chimichanga! The guy that took our order at the window was super nice, patient and helpful too! Would absolutely eat there again

I had the itch for tamales that needed a really good scratch. So I googled “tamales near me” and called and asked if they have tamales. She said hold on and I heard the magic words “Abuela, do we have tamales” and I knew then. Ordered a dozen red beef. They’re amazing, fair amount of meat and so damn flavorful!! I bring these home about once a month and my son and I sit and eat like piggies. I recommend calling first because Abuela’s tamales are kinda limited on how many she makes. But dayum! They’re so delicious.

The customer service muah the ladies working the saturday shift filled with positive attitudes and nothing but the upmost respect seems to me they might’ve all had bbls overall green and red chili was fantastic !
