Longhorn Steakhouse Phoenix North Central

We had an excellent experience last night. Our server was professional and friendly (although we can't recall her name; she was young with dark hair and glasses, and we were seated at the last table near the restrooms). She provided a thorough explanation of how our food would be prepared, attentively checked on us throughout the meal, and made sure our drinks were always topped off. Both the steak and the sides were delicious, and we capped off the evening by sharing a chocolate cheesecake. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with exceptional service and delicious food.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by its lovely location and tasteful furnishings. The ambiance is quite inviting and comfortable. The menu is straightforward with moderate prices, and the portion sizes are generous. The service is exceptional. Just a heads up—the dinner knife is quite heavy, so be prepared! The bar has an attractive appearance too. Overall, we had a fantastic experience there. It's family-friendly and offers takeout as well. I highly recommend it!

I ordered the ribeye steak, which was cut to about the thickness of a fork. Dining here is definitely spicy, as our server cautioned us. The lunch service was quick, and my steak was cooked to the perfect temperature. The loaded potato soup was creamy and delicious, while the house special mac and cheese was also fantastic.

We were able to go and sit immediately, the Texas Roadhouse next door had a large group of people waiting outside. The service was fast, we had a work-related bill adjustment required and it was a quick and painless explanation. The house Golden Ale was great as well as the Longhorn and Strip Steaks. Fries were well seasoned and crispy, one of them, if not the best steak I had in a restaurant!

I pretty much have to say, incredible at this point. Very rare to see a long-standing chain that still has class, atmosphere and a clean restaurant. I won't get all mushy however, Cedric Cobbs the manager and GM runs a tight ship but, also has fun. The menu is adequately priced for the quality of food and service. The restrooms are outstanding. If you live here or visiting feel free to stop by and say hi to Cedric or Will the bartender. You'll be pleasantly surprised as was I!
