Jamba - Phoenix

Limited seating, wouldn’t plan on staying but great smoothies!

The guy was nice enough. Ots been awhile since I've been to a Jamba but i must say I am a little out of sorts coming to the realization that fresh wheatgrass shots are no longer a thing. Times change i guess

Lunch time staffing is TERRIBLE. There is one guy working the register and making all the drinks. Told me it would be 5 minutes before he could even take my order.

I went hear before starting my Sunday walk, but my special moment was almost ruined by this place. I came in and there were two people at the counter. After taking orders before me, they both walked away when I stepped up to the register. When they came back they took the family who came after me who had about six orders. Then once my smoothie was made they sat it on the counter like I was not even there waiting for it. The smoothie was good, but the customer service was horrible. I will not be back to this place for a while. I wish Starbucks had of been open or else I would have went there.

This Jamba is absolutely amazing and make the right portion of everything for my drink. The person making my smoothies was jackie and she was absolutely so sweet and is what great customer service all about. She deserves a mf raise
