Denny's - Phoenix

Very nice place with great benches. Fast serving and great prices, probably half of what you'd pay in a non chain diner. The waitress Mandy was so nice, she was very kind and made the whole experience much better.

If you're looking for a review on food remind yourself you're eating at Dennys. I wanted pancakes so I went to go get pancakes. I was immediately greeted and asked where I want to sit I chose the bar. I feel you get the best service sitting at the bar since the staff can't run away. Coffee and water flowed non stop and the meal came in under 10 mins. I was asked if I needed anything by three different employees and another server who wasn't mine saw that I needed a napkin and got me some quickly. I felt really taken care of, service was good and I had no issues.

Our server Jimmy was great. He has great customer service, very friendly and nice to talk to. He made sure our food got out quickly. When there was a problem with my meal, he fixed my issue in a very timely manner.

Joel was amazing I called ahead to see if they were doing take out orders since I was not able to do so a few months ago. Not only was I assured that I would be able to place my order, but they could do the bourbon chicken skillet. Joel made it himself and it was the best I have eaten from Denny's over the years.

My coffee was free because they forgot it, but the food was good and really great. Except for my coffee.
