Cold Beers Cheeseburgers - Phoenix

The hamburger was difficult to eat and had a strange smell. When I mentioned this to the server, Kylie, she replied that not everyone can be pleased. As a business owner, I strive to ensure every customer leaves satisfied to maintain a successful restaurant. Despite the pleasant ambiance, the food quality was disappointing. I appreciate Kylie's friendly and attentive service.

The food was tasty, but the patrons seated after us received their orders before we did. We ended up sharing a hamburger, and the waitress was not attentive. We had ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, but they arrived with the burger. We had to wait for a refill on our tea, and the waitress only seemed friendly when she brought our check because she wanted a good tip. Overall, we felt neglected and won't be returning to this restaurant.

We wanted to have a drink and lunch, but after sitting for 10 minutes without any service, we were not impressed. Despite several employees walking past our table, no one attended to us. There was even a man who appeared to be a manager, but still, we received no service. Finally, when I tried to get a worker's attention, they asked if I had been served, to which I replied no and decided to leave. One of the staff members commented that they had been aware of our wait, which only confirmed that they knew we were being ignored. This establishment needs to improve its service and training of employees in order to better serve dissatisfied customers. My review is directed at management for a better overall experience.

That were the sadst sliders. prime rib lol! thin old discs of old meat. eat in. my wobble rings were burned. simply enjoy the game not order eating here!

Went here last night for a late Valentines date with my partner and right off the bat the 2 girls at the front were very rude and chatted with one another while a line grew to the door, we waited a couple minutes for a table which wasn't bad, but once our waitress came it pretty much went down from there. We ordered drinks which another girl had to bring since our waitress was busy talking to a group of people at the door instead of being there to help us out. The girl who brought our food was super nice, but we never received napkins or silverware. We also tried ordering another round of drinks but our waitress was still talking to some people and had to come back and ask what we wanted again because she forgot. And to top it off we nearly spent over a hundred dollars which wouldn't be an issue if we were treated any better by the workers. Food was pretty good otherwise but won't be returning here again for the lack of service.
