Chicago Hamburger Co. - Phoenix

The staff was prompt and efficient in preparing our order and delivering it quickly. The Chicago dog was absolutely delicious—definitely the best I've had in Phoenix! I highly recommend this place! The decor is also very cool, with interesting pictures adorning the walls.

We ordered online before the place was even opened. And when I got there, I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you? He repeated my order to me and it was perfect. As soon as we came home, we tore it and it was delicious. Great Chicago-style dog and the cheeseries were absolutely sinful. I can't wait to go back and try their best of Phoenix Banana Shake and some more menu items.

Take a short trip to Chicago, you will not be disappointed. Tables, counters, floors and bathrooms were clean. The Concession area was well organized and in stock. Decor is fun, mainly from Chicago Knickknacks. Restaurant temperature was right. The food in the clientele was mainly hard workers, while orders were mainly picked up by pensioners. Strong flow of customers come and go, very popular. Parking was small, so you have to park on the street. The staff was very friendly, attentive and fast to bring contingent we asked. All employees wore uniforms and were clean in appearance. No one has worn overlaid fragrances. All ordered items had a great presentation. Burger was at good temperature. Zucchini Pommes were scaled hot, so they needed a minute to cool. Garlic fries could have been warmer and Pommes could have been crispy. Burger could have been a little more seasoned, but was overall delicious and its ingredients were fresh. Garlic friries were fried with chopped garlic so they had a huge blow of garlic taste. Overall, the meal was wonderful and definitely worth the price. During my next visit I will probably try the Coleslaw or the Chili cheeses. Big little burger place! We had the cheese frits, onion rings, Cheddar burgers (with added bacon) and the Western burger. We enjoyed everything! Will definitely return to try their chili cheeses pommes, sliders, hot dogs.
