Chesapeake Bay Bistro Catering Information

I really wanted to like this place the food wasn't good! The atmosphere was great and the service was great, but the food was lackluster! My husband and I were disappointed.

Are you looking for a simple but tasty Maryland Crustaceans Seafood in the desert? Well...Chesapeake Bay Bistro is the spot! They specialize in Maryland blue crab feast provides a beach style atmosphere. We were greeted with warm welcome as soon as we walked in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and patient. They offered best sellers on the menu and the recommendation was on point. We ordered a lot of food so we that we can have a taste test of their recommendations. The main dish winners: 1. Blacked Mahi Mahi taco 2. Lemon Pepper Mahi mahi taco 3. Sword Fish sandwich These are not your typical fish tacos...Chesapeake Bay tacos had CHUNKS of flavorful Mahi Mahi and balanced garnish. The tacos were amazing and I highly recommend them. You can choose from the many different types of fish they offer. This is a locally owned restaurant with very pleasant people. I truly recommend this place! Come eat here!

Had shrimp taco and salmon plate. There are so many seafood choices. It was very tasty and fresh. Lots of flavor. It's small cafe but plenty of tables. The person helping us was very nice and explained the various options and seasonings. Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed this family owned restaurant. My husband and I are pescatarian so it's not always the easiest to a good fish restaurant in the Valley. We ordered ahi tuna, fish sticks, and fries. Everything tasted great, but the fries were a little soggy by the time we got it home. The service was great. We'll be back.

The hand crafted coastal taste of Chesapeake Bay right in the Valley of the Sun! Completely stumbled across this place by sheer coincidence! Not a huge establishment, but I prefer smaller places so that was a huge plus for me. Definitely family owned and operated with a very personable feel! The food was absolutely amazing! I scanned the handwritten menu board was pleasantly surprised at the variety of options. Was recommended the sea bass and it did NOT disappoint! It had a delicious and flavorful light crispy breading but still tender flaky on the inside. The house made chips they serve were incredible thinly sliced potato deep fried and seasoned with Old Bay. My friend had the crab cake sandwich which was equally amazing! And the calamari sticks we ordered as an appetizer are definitely a must have item. Perfectly tender calamari with a delicious crispy breading, deep fried to golden brown perfection. Definitely worth trying!!
