Blanco Cocina Cantina - Phoenix

I hosted a rehearsal dinner here, and it was an outstanding experience! Rachel and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was incredibly delicious, and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. I received numerous compliments from guests who said it was the best Mexican food they had enjoyed in a long time. We reserved the Private Cantina room, which allowed us to bring our own decorations, like centerpieces. Our private bartender was fantastic, and everyone had a wonderful time!

Thank you, Blanco Biltmore! On Monday, August 1, I visited Blanco Scottsdale and had a completely different experience (you can see my review on Google). I was shocked and deeply disappointed, but I always believe in extending grace and forgiving. That’s why I chose to dine at your location today. I would rate my service as a 5-star experience because it met all my expectations from Blanco Scottsdale, which I didn’t get to enjoy before. The power of forgiveness is truly redeeming. Thank you!

The food is consistently fantastic, and I always leave feeling satisfied. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I appreciate how accommodating their menu and staff are. I would rate it 5 stars if the salsa were more consistent. Some days it's incredibly spicy and the best I've ever tasted, while on other occasions it tastes more like seasoned tomato paste. Aside from that, everything is excellent!

The food was a bit pricey, but it was excellent. I would definitely visit again.

I love steak fajitas. I'm from Iowa and was a little hesitant to order beef I've had some tough steaks in Arizona. But the Carne Asada Fajitas were amazing! Medium rare perfect! So good we came back the next night! It was closer to well the 2nd night, but still so flavorful tender. Service is great and I like the TVs to keep up on various sports. Thanks!
