Az Taco King - Phoenix

First time here! The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived, so our order was taken and we were seated within the first 10 minutes. It was clean overall. Small bathrooms.I ordered a Quesabirria taco and a taco de Carne Asada. The quesabirria had good flavor and so did the consomé. The consomé was a bit oily for my liking, but it was good. The carne asada was well seasoned, but it might have been overcooked because it was hard to chew. The portions were decent and filling. I also got to try their tacos al pastor, and they were good. The meat was seasoned and cooked well.To drink I ordered an agua fresca de jamaica with a chamoy rim. It was so delicious! I definitely recommend their agua de jamaica. It’s perfectly sweet, refreshing and pairs well with the food! The chamoy adds some spice and tartness to the drink, which I personally enjoy. I also got to try their agua de horchata, and it was tasty. Their portions are decent.I definitely recommend the aguas frescas!

Really good birria the pizzadilla (pictured) was full of birria definitely need to bring an army to finish this would go there again to try the ramen birria and the blueberry lemonade is to die for ! Also the place is super busy and i think they should get a bigger place tables are super close but overall food is great .

Oh my goodness, it was everything I hoped for and more. I got the birria ramen and birria tacos and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Jennifer was our server and she was awesome! Can’t wait to come back and try more ?

Wow, wow! I also loved birria queen, but az taco king was just a cut above. the consome had so amazing aromen that every single bite was so satisfying. my family loved it! the service was great, eating was even bigger, and I loved the atmosphere and the way the restaurant was decorated. it was super friendly and busy. in any case a hot spot they have to try!
