We were served by a kind and efficient man and I had one of the best Arby?s roast beef sandwiches I?ve ever had! The meat was tasty with slightlycaramelized edges and the absolute freshest bun! I?ve eaten at different Arby? restaurants throughout the US, but this wasprobably my best experience!
Order delivered incomplete in the drive through. Had to wait in line again. They should have doubled the missing item or given us desert for the hassle. But they didn't because they're oblivious to the customer experience.
This place had No Beef at 5:30 p.m. they said it was an hour. But we went a few days later and it was fabulous. Fresh, hot and great employees.
Where to begin? In the drive-thru, we clearly ordered two Beef and Cheddar sandwiches, but they didn't repeat our order back to us. This location has gotten our order wrong every time, so when we reached the window, we asked them to confirm it. They had it completely wrong—different types of sandwiches altogether. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes at the window while they tried to fix it. They handed us our sodas, and when we inquired if they were diet, the staff member assured us they were. However, after taking a sip, one was just regular soda loaded with sugar. This is a serious issue as my fiancé has diabetes, and that could be dangerous. We informed the staff that it wasn’t diet and explained the risk involved, but she just laughed and closed the window. Eventually, she returned with a diet soda. The manager didn’t seem to care about any of this. Upon getting home, we discovered that our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches didn't even have any cheddar—just plain meat with nothing else. We tried calling the restaurant to report our experience, but no one answered. I strongly advise against visiting this location; it's chaotic and they can't seem to get anything right. Overall, it’s very poorly managed!
This location at Bell and Tatum can be quite frustrating. While the staff are friendly, the service is good, and the food is generally enjoyable, there are a few issues that stand out. For one, why does this place open later than all the others? The dining room is often closed and sometimes unpredictably so. These minor annoyances can really make you consider one of the other six or more options at that intersection.
