If I could give 0 stars or negatiw, I would. by far the worst service I ever had, especially on the manager. it was incredibly unprofessional and does not understand customer service in the least. I don't understand how she's qualified as a manager. the restaurant does not take reservations strange, but no problem. take a group with the same exact number of people who came to us and serve them their food first a problem. wait 2 hours and still not our eating get a problem. a person from the 5 get their food immediately and leave the rest waiting a problem. you are ready before you eat problem. after hours of waiting (literal) and the decision to take our business elsewhere because we are obviously hungry, and the manager schnarkily will you certainly not wait? well, I take the rest of the meal from the bill and they can pay the rest without an apology or offer something. complete lack of empathy a BIG problem. especially if they spend hundreds of dollars. So we spent 60 dollars for drinks and an evil attitude from their so-called manager. never again. show them right away. I had a better understanding of customer service than I started with 14! worst culinary experience I've ever had. for the same amount of money, they go somewhere nicer!

This is probably one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in phoenix, and we eat a lot. there is something special about the mood at this place and it always brings me into a good mood. we love to share a bag with the Trifecta sauce, snow crabs clusters, scallops, sausages, kartoffels and mais. it is absolutely delicious! the oysters are perfection. the hush puppies should die. we were 10 times and every time we have an excellent experience! we spent 2 weeks in new orleans eating at all local places, so we have a decent amount of experience with this type of eating.

Great service. delicious calamari. Strawberry lemonade refreshing. fried shrimp po boy was good. I would recommend if they were looking for a fast piece of meeresfruit.

My wife and my son brought me here for a vaterday dinner. we thought we'd wait longer, but actually get a table faster than I could ever imagine. all staff were super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I have too much to drink about our dinner to even say something about dessert. if they are in the mood for some great seafood and cool environment, then they must visit angry crab shack.

Great service, but unfortunately, extremely overpriced for what you get. Had been wanting to stop in for a while. Being from the East Coast, I miss my seafood. No MD crab/cakes, as it's a Cajun place, but that was to be expected. Love those flavors, too! The place was very busy, especially for a Tuesday. It was very loud with birthday and graduation celebrations every few minutes.I got a bag of shrimp with an add-on lobster tail. The trifecta sauce was delicious, but the shrimp were smallish, with paper thin shells, not the firm, large pink shrimp I prefer. The lobster tail was barely 3 oz....way overpriced at $18. They also charge for bread. With two draft beers and a tip, my total was over $60! Do yourself a favor and cook this stuff at home.
