Ordered for delivery and food was delicious but showed up a hot mess. I also paid nearly 4 bucks for a drink and instead of Diet Coke got a Dr Pepper. Not a big deal to some but as a diabetic I had to throw it out. The blackened chicken tenders were great but 1 of the 2 sauces included was open and all over everything. Attention to details makes all the difference especially when doing delivery orders.

EVERYTIME I order online for drive thru pickup they always tell me to go inside the store. This shouldn't happen on every visit. If I wanted to pickup inside I would have selected inside pickup!! On top of that I always have an item missing.

THEY DON'T LISTEN... BARLEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! THE HISPANIC MANAGER IS UN ACCOMMODATING: HE ACT LIKE ITS A HASSLE TO DO SMALL THINGS. HE WANTS TO CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE THE INCONVENIENCE. WHY IS THERE ANY OTHER RACES WORKING THERE AS WELL: JUST A GROUP OF HISPANICS AT A CHICKEN SPOT????? MAYBE I SHOULD REPORT DISCRIMINATION WORK PLACE SETTINGS!
