Customer service from employees was good today but the Caribbean Passion tastes like metal and canned pineapple juice very bitter and metallic tasting had them remake it and it tastes exactly the same but never had it taste like this before and the white Gummi was spur and lemony. Just FYI drinks are not being made like they used to and probably won't be coming back.

Used to come here all the time as a kid, so decided to stop by. Drank a Razz ma Taz and had the absolute worst food poisoning. Hopefully was just a fluke? But come on.

Service here is complete trash, be prepared to wait… and wait… and wait, even when there is only ONE customer.

Poor customer service, employees don't know how their rewards system works, and no management on duty. Just a shift lead that can't do anything without the management

Everyone at this Jamba location is genuinely so nice and welcoming. Not only that but they make the best smoothies out of any location and it’s not even close.
