Jamba - Phoenix

Store didn 't look open( no lights/no customers) but it was. Gal was friendly but couldn 't make our 1st 2 requests. Hubby worked at Jamba years ago, so we gave her the recipe for his 3rd choice. Neither smoothie was fully blended, lots of little fruit beads in the bottom. My Peach pleasure didn 't get the added blueberries but it was tasty. Floor and counter were sticky. Notthe fun, exciting atmosphere like when we worked at our store.

I just went to this location on the way to an event. The bathroom was nasty for one. I took it upon myself to clean the trash off the floor. I ordered and I açai Primo bowl, I did not pay 11 bucks for them to skimp on the portion. The woman said well ohthat?s how we do it. I saw the white mans bowl as his bowl had a normal portion. I also paid for extra bananas and didn?t getit. Will never come to this location again and I will not recommend. They didn?t even have any spoons in stock. I will also bedisputing the payment because I am very disappointed! The first picture is what I received. The second picture is what I geteveryday at the Gilbert location.

By far the nicest staff around!! If you purchase one of their new metal tumblers, you get 15% off smoothies when you bring it back in. I love my new yellow metal tumbler, it keeps my beverages super cold and I love the metal straw and the color issuper pretty!

Tried the strawberry surf rider, with very noticeable hints of lemonade, the lime sherbert, and strawberries this makes for a very pallet refreshing smoothie.

I have always enjoyed coming here last two years.. Unfortunately for me and others, I noticed that you changed your hours. It says 8am and I have my day started by then. Then so many times I knew you be open till 7pm and it says 6pm..Well that's $50 aweek you are losing just from me which is $200 a month, and I would bring in a client. I also notice Josh is gone? What hashappened to this place?
