Bidrage med feedbackEasy to get to from PHX. Take the sky train to 44th st, pay $2 for a 30 min tram ride to 3rd st, and walk two blocks. Seriously, where else can you get around for $2?! Hotel is nice, rooms are tidy and comfortable. Only two things to note: pillows are a bit soft/thin for my liking (can easily double up) and there was not a light switch for the main part of my room on the 6th floor so I had to walk across the room to the desk lamp for light. Neither are a big deal, rather just things that make you go “hmm”.
The experience was great! The room was very comfortable and clean, the B&B restaurant was a bit over priced Nonetheless the stay was good.
Very nice service and clean. I enjoyed staying here for 4 days. Can’t complain about anything here. You will love the view as well.Nearby activities: You can find a ton of trails, activities, museums, and games.Walkability: You can walk in to the downtown area. And you can try Lime riding here too.Food drinks: You can find all the good restaurants within 10 minutes walking from the hotel.
I would say the room was not too cold or hot it was just right The space inside a deluxe room was very spacious for 2 people. The hospitality and room service on the daily is what I appreciate the most : The lounge area my favorite part of the building, joining family and friends and just staying up late able to order door dash and eat outside food at the lounge that was awesome!!! I mean that tells me that the management is not limiting us from getting outside service? yeah having wifi and outlets TOPS ! Security, I love that you can only access your room through the elevator and your room key, nothing less. Also you can just walk around the hotel and see eateries close by, cookie store, donut stadiums for games if there are any happening during your stay. You find people with information wearing orange that can help you if you are lost with Direction. The hotel is situated in a perfect location?? Thank You for the hospitality Hyatt Regeancy x
When we arrived, we were given an upgraded room to a suite. The suite consisted of a tiny room still but with two giant TV 's. We didn 't try to watch TV but I 'm sure it would have been impossible to watch them both at once. We were able to hear the neighbor 's TV loudly from our bed I almost called the front desk but they finally gave up and went to bed. The most frustrating part was the thermostat. There was a note on it that I could call/text engineering if I needed to adjust the thermostat. I ended up having to communicate with them all three days to adjust the temperature in the room. This was certainly a burden in the middle of the night. No microwave in the room only in the hallway and we have a very cracked porcelain sink in the bathroom. I don 't feel that the room (even the upgraded one warranted the price I paid. Aside from all of this I can say that the staff was extremely nice and accommodating every time I needed something.
