Durant's - Phoenix

This place is one of the best steak houses in Phoenix and we have been going there for years. Our friends and I went there for their anniversary on 4/20. Our waitress didn't come up to our table for 20 min after sitting down, when she finally arrived, she didn't ask us any of the things they usually ask. Is this your first time dinning with us, are you celebrating anything special this evening? She seems confused and stressed. So we gave her the benefit of the doubt. She brought our drinks and bread then never saw her again til the check. The cook brought our food out which was incorrect. I order a 12 Oz prime rib and got a 8 Oz prime rib, and my friend ordered a medium ribeye that came out almost well done. We would have said something about all the food being incorrect, but like I said previously she didn't come back til the check. Considering we have eaten there many time and never had anything bad I assumed it was the waitress that did not fill out the order correctly. When she came with the check we had to tell her it was their anniversary as to which she replied, OH?? then i owe you a dessert. She was terrible.

Marcello was a great server, service was amazing, atmosphere and the food were great.

This is THE steakhouse in town. Historical and formal while still being AZ casual. It's pricey, but it's worth it. Parking: Large shared free lot

Awesome experience, delicious food. We were spoiled by our waiter and my husband made into their porterhouse club, iykyk. We'll have to come back to see if his name is on the wall.
