Burger King - Phoenix

There was a sign on the wall that said customers can't stay longer than 30 minutes, which my friend and I didn't see until we were about an hour into our chit-chatting. Lol. But no one approached us or gave us a hard time.

It is bad enough the Rodeo Burger has turned into a Rodeo slider from 99 cents to $2.59 but what is worse I just went thru the drive thru 6 pm on January 21, 2024 my rodeo burger was literally cold. I turned around and went in. Some guy with a long braid, looked at me as if I was the biggest problem ever gave me another one. I got out to my car it was still cold. This place sucks. If I could give zero stars I would. Burger King has gone so downhill, it 's really sad.

Yikes. The employees here forget or miss parts or your order, then get upset that you'd like the rest of your order. First time is fine, but now it's twice in a row with different employees.

Disgusting. My sandwich had what I presume to be oil coating the entire outside of wrapper, and soaked into the inside. See pictures. It was literally dripping onto my desk. I had to throw it away. The hash browns had a disgusting taste to them as well, I spit them out immediately and trashed them. Bad oil? Idk. But it was so gross. Customer service said “we can’t offer you a refund, but would like to give you a $10 credit” which is less than the meal cost.I don’t expect a lot for fast food, but this was exceptionally disgusting.
