Bidrage med feedbackI'm from back east- Jersey City, where Blimpie's was born. My first apartment in NYC had a Blimpie's on the corner. I moved to Phoenix and there's one on Tatum Shea- walking distance. It's destiny. I will drive 5 miles to Blimpie's when there's a Subway a half mile from my house. Blimpie's is the champ. I brought one onto a plane one time when travelling. As soon as I opened it, the cabin was filled with that unmistakable aroma! People looked around, recognizing the smell of onions, vinegar and whatever else they'd imagine on their choice for their favorite sub.I appreciated their envy.In fact, this Saturday, I think I'm going to go get a Blimpie Best with all the things I love about them piled on. I can't wait.
This is one of the few Blimpie sub shops left in Phoenix. Blimpies has the best bread hands down of any sub shop, and it's a must stop for my husband my at least once.
Neil, the owner of Blimpies Sub Sandwiches, is the best! He's been there since forever and has the best memory. He remembers all of his loyal customers and always greets them with a warm smile. The subs at Blimpies are delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bread is soft and chewy, the meats are tender and juicy, and the veggies are crisp and fresh. I love that Neil is always willing to customize my sub to my liking. In addition to the great food, Neil and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. They make sure that every customer has a positive experience. I highly recommend Blimpies Sub Sandwiches to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable sub sandwich.
Been coming to the Tatum and Shea location for almost 3 decades now and am always impressed by the freshness and incredible hospitality. I believe it's a franchise and not a corporate establishment and have seen the owner there since i was in high
Great little spot for a quick sandwich. Sandwiches are good but messy... They do sometimes have a line but they do get thru the lines very quickly.
