Stoops Bagnet Ilocos - Phoenix

I used to live next to this restaurant when I first moved to the city, but it took me a while to actually try it out. It always seemed crowded with people from school, and the small space made me hesitant to dine there. However, when I finally gave it a chance, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices at Stoops were incredibly affordable, with a pinakbet rice meal priced at Php42.xx and their signature solo-sized bagnet with rice and vegetables for Php80.xx. They even offer bagnet by the kilo for those craving it at home.
