Pasteur - Phnom Penh

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Phnom Penh. Every time I get to Phnom Penh, I have to visit this restaurant. The chicken soup noodle is my favorite. The fresh coconut is very beautiful. In fact, many dishes are delicious. Must try. Nice to sit outside, especially at night. Very comfortable.

Overpriced. An appetizer platter at $14 , we got barely enough for 2. Way too expensive... Fresh coconut was warm then not refreshing at all. We ordered rice noodle soup , we got egg noodle soup... Really disappointed.
