Highground Sky - Phnom Penh

Thank you, Francois, it was great to see you again! We absolutely love Highground Skybar. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The staff was amazing, attentive, and always charming.

The restaurant charges a cover fee per person at the door. I had planned to bring my family for a meal, which would have cost more than just the cover fee. However, they disregarded my inquiry for a table and treated us as if we were just regular bar patrons. I can understand charging a minimum fee for those who are only there to drink, but it felt like we were not valued as customers looking to dine in the restaurant.

It is such a beautiful place for the city view in the night.

Enjoy very nice view with very friendly staff and helpful. Delicious foods and drink. I like it.
