Incredible locally sourced ingredients! The local cheese was outstanding, and those were the best blueberries I've ever had—I finally understand what real blueberries are supposed to taste like. The service was friendly, too!
This restaurant is a destination in its own right. There's no need to look elsewhere. The food is absolutely amazing. How is it possible for such incredible cuisine and talent to be found in Upstate New York? Martha Stewart would be impressed, and I can easily imagine Obama hosting his next state dinner here. This place is like a rebirth of the Culinary Institute of America!
