High Falls Pizzeria Taphouse - Philmont

I initially wrote a negative review but decided to delete it to avoid being impolite. I am disappointed that the restaurant does not have a delivery service, as I do not have a car. This has happened three times in the last two weeks. I doubt that the owner of the restaurant even cares if I stop being a customer.

My three friends and I visited this pizzeria on a Friday hoping for a pleasant lunch, but unfortunately, that was not the case. After being seated and served our drinks, we placed our orders and then waited impatiently for over an hour. When our food finally arrived, two of the orders were incorrect and had to be sent back, resulting in an additional 20 minute wait. By the time we received our corrected meals, we were ready to just pack up and leave. Surprisingly, the check arrived promptly. I will definitely reconsider before returning to this restaurant.

The service was extremely unprofessional from the moment we walked in. We waited for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed us, and once we were seated, no one came over to introduce themselves or offer us any water. We ended up leaving because of this lack of hospitality. It was disappointing because I wanted to take my family out for a simple dinner, but this was the experience we received. Thank you.

Stopped here Saturday evening. Planned on going to (Local 111) in Philmont, however it was closed. We only had burgers and a few beers. High Falls was a friendly local spot that was busy with dinners and take out, which says a lot. The dishes coming out ofthe kitchen looked appetizing. Although I had a burger that was over cooked for my taste (medium), the menu had plenty of greatoptions for all diets The staff was friendly and I enjoyed talking to some locals at the small bar. More of a restaurant than abar scene, If you're in the area I would give it a shot.

Came here for a quick take out. Food was great, had a slaughterhouse pizza that was generous with its meat toppings, calamari was crispy with light balsamic vinegar glaze drizzles and Buffalo wings was juicy with the right amount of heat. Called in toorder and service was quick and easy.
