Ruby Tuesdays - Phillipsburg

The service at this restaurant was excellent. I had been wanting to try the southern fried chicken arteries for a while, but today I ended up ordering the mild buffalo style instead.

We visited this restaurant in the middle of the day and ordered the gnocchi and the glazed pork chop, both of which were very special and absolutely fantastic. Everything about our experience was great.

The first problem with their menu is the lack of soup. The second issue is dirty utensils. I'm not referring to water spots, but actual food debris on the silverware.
