Red Chopsticks - Phillipsburg

The fried chicken was amazing. The best roasted chicken I had in a while. Beef was so good that I couldn't stop talking about it. This place is decent?

We usually order general tsao's chicken and beef lo my pork fried rice and egg rolls You're good, not the best, but good. Last night we ordered a Poo plate and it was dry and cold. Too hard, could not enjoy it at all. The delivery is fast, so everything in everything, keep up with the combo's.

I'm not thrilled. The order got here within the time they said so that was good! But other than that it wasn't great. I ordered a sesame chicken combo for lunch and found the rice to be very bland and a lot of the chicken was crunchy. The won ton soup I was looking forward too wasn't good at all, it was so bland I would have thought it was just sitti in hot water, and some of the dough wasnt cooked all the way and was crunchy (or maybe it was over cooked to do this? . Overall not great, I'll order from a different place next time. This one had the highest rating so I gave it a go.

This place looks pretty run down but the food is actually good. I've only had fried rice and egg rolls here since that is what I usually get at Chinese restaurants and I was happy with them. I would prefer white rice to the yellow rice they have here but I think maybe that's a regional thing?

I've been ordering from here for many years. They are usually very consistent and have great food. I'm not sure if they have changed owners or what but my most recent experience was not a good one. The food was completely horrible. They didn't offer to remake it and were very rude to me about it. They don't even deserve 1 star. I will not be ordering from Red Chopsticks ever again. There is no reason to be that nasty and rude to someone. Especially a paying customer who has been supporting your business for a very long time.
