Inca Peruvian - Phillipsburg

I ordered takeout and overall, it was really good. I tried the steak with onions (bistec encebollado), rotisserie chicken (pollos a la brasa), and ceviche mixto. The only downside was that the octopus in the ceviche was boiled and a bit chewy. The steak was cooked slightly more than I prefer, as I had asked for it to be medium. The waiter, who mentioned it was only her second day, could have been more attentive. I had to inquire about what they were serving while people around me were waiting for their food. They offered roasted corn seeds, which I think is what they were called, as a nice alternative to the usual bread or chips you find in other restaurants. However, it was quite cold inside, and it didn’t seem like the heating was on.
