Roseland Inn - Philleigh

The Roseland Inn in Cornwall is a must-visit, as long as you have a car to get there. If not, it's worth the adventure to arrive on foot to enjoy the great ambience both inside and outside the restaurant. They serve the best fish and chips in the area, but it may be a bit pricey for mainland Europeans. However, the fun atmosphere makes up for it. The average price per person is between £20-30, and the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a 5-star rating. Parking options include free street parking.

I don't think this pub is open anymore. Their website clearly says they're closed. I visited on October 10th, 2023 and there was no sign of life.

Unfortunately, it is possible that this great pub may be closing. The food was good and the overall dining experience was rated a 4 for Food, Service, and Atmosphere.

Limited menu. Had the braised steak with greens followed by chocolate fondant with clotted cream. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Would recommend. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
