Shee Yuan serves food quickly and it’s always delicious. My favorite dish is the mixed Chinese sweet and General Tso’s tofu. It’s one of the best affordable Chinese restaurants in Philadelphia, with excellent vegan options!

I got the general chicken tso/fried rice lunch special and it was OKAY nothing special. Lunch special did not come with a soda or egg roll. Can't complain for the price though
