Rose Tattoo Cafe - Philadelphia

After a terrible experience at Savannah's Soul Food Bar across the street, we decided to give Rose Tattoo a try. We were welcomed warmly and received excellent service. My investment club was celebrating our ten-year anniversary, so while we didn't have dinner at Rose Tattoo, we enjoyed some truly delicious drinks and desserts. The ambiance is lovely, evoking the feel of an indoor garden. We definitely plan to return in the future.
