Original Pete's Pizza Wings

My family and I have been ordering from Pete’s for years and we usually order the same items. One item is large fries in a tin pan. Tonight they sent a small fry and charged for large. My 74 yr old mom called back to let them know. First, they kept her on hold for a few minutes and kept putting different ppl on who didn’t resolve it. Then, finally Eric the manager get’s on the phone and was totally rude and disrespectful to my mom as she explained how we’ve always ordered without it being an issue. He explained that it shouldn’t be done this way. Okay, I understood but when I was telling him I would pay extra for the tin pan, it’s no problem. He would cut me off mid sentence. I just couldn’t believe the way he was acting. We order from this place at least 3-4 times a week. It’s so sad now a days ppl have nasty attitudes and overall lack courtesy for customers. Although, we have enjoyed the food over the years. We will have to cut ties and spend our money somewhere else.

Any one ordering from this place don’t!!! there unprofessional, the food is disgusting and the manager is nasty, the cashier took my order wrong completely and the manager told me I could order somewhere else!!! They are a mom and pot place I will always take my money else where! There’s always door dash, at least I know they won’t get my Order wrong and brush me off!!! Y’all get no stars from me!!!

This place is amazing. EVERY single time I call I speak with this nice lady named Shannon, her customer service is above beyond! She’s very attentive, nice very polite. It makes you feel comfortable ordering food has never messed up my order. She repeats the order back to me to make sure it is correct. Definitely recommended to others in the area.
