Mr Hook Fish Chicken - Philadelphia

I usually order from them often. My name is Rhonda but they always put wanda on the ticket. That aside, I ordered last night and they messed up my order. This is not the first time.. Then on top of that, I ordered salmon but found crab leg shells in my food. On top of giving me the wrong sides.... The workers just don't care. I can't show the video of the crab shells, but I can show the messed up order

I ordered my food online. Salmon cakes, collard greens and Mac and cheese. They said it would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. My food was ready until after a hour and a half. The collard greens were awesome but everything else was terrible. I would NEVER eat there again.

The flounder was really good. Light and flaky. Im not a fan of the hot sauce and would have prefer cocktail sauce. But over Iwas very sst with my meal. The medium platter had enough fish for two people.

I ordered a 6. Fish Sandwich with fries and it wasnt even a san just a piece of fried fish with a bunch of bones in it and a piece of plain soggy white bread also the fries are cold and complete soggy and the Onion Rings do not have a a good taste to them to be honest and the breading isnt that good. I dont ud recc buying again and took a long time
