Mcdonald's - Philadelphia

This mcdonald’s is very clean and the speed of the service is quite good. they can order from a kiosk and supply the food to their table if they want. child-friendly: has a playground for children.

Dining room was CLOSED at 7:50 am on Monday Dec. 12, 2022. Food was served only in the drive-thru. Very annoying. I wanted to go out to breakfast but I was locked out. Wasted trip!Service: 1/5

I don't think this mcdonalds has ever gotten my order wrong which is really saying something. The play place also makes this a great place to bring the kidsKid-friendliness: Giant indoor play place for the kids to play in really speaks for itselfParking: A big parking lot with lots of spots makes parking super easy and convenient

Whoever the owner is needs to train his associates on customer service, sat at curbside for 10 mins waiting on my order nothing, the lady beside me left cause they told her the machine was down, so I went thru the drive thru, explained to them the situation and the lady was rude and nasty .. only to give me my order . Lied about coming to my car when she could of just been honest cause I was in the drive thru line for 10 mins and nobody came out as I was right at the door they come in and out of… again need to be retrained on better customer service .. I understand the challenge however being nice goes a long way

They really need to hire new employees they play to much and they have very poor hygiene no mask barely anybody wearing face masks and gloves ? especially during the pandemic they looked sick ?? they do have a play area for kids to have fun but it really needs a good cleaning the food was ok it should have been better and hotter for the amount I spent in there overall it's ok IT MOST DEFINITELY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ?
