This place has changed over the years! If Boston Market weren’t so money-driven, I would choose to eat there because the food is so much better! Rating: 3/5 for the food.

The service was impeccable, and the original recipe chicken was a bit moist by the time we got home. The crispy fries were cold, but we warmed them up. Overall, I would rate them an A. Food rating: 4/5.

The restaurant ran out of the dish I wanted and didn't have what I needed. The staff were unclean and had a poor attitude. I requested the original dish, but they gave me the crispy version twice instead. When I asked why, they said they were out of the original, which ended up being very dry. The crispy version was also extremely dry. Overall, the food gets a 1/5 rating.

Biscuits are not fully cookedThey got my order wrong after they repeated it back to me and I corrected themDon’t have soda!!! So just water, lemonade. Ordered lemonade and they gave me water!!!
