Jack's - Philadelphia

Waited 25 minutes on cold food. My husband had to go in and see why we was still waiting after 25 minutes. They claimed that our food had just came up. Not even close to being true bc everything was completely cold. The cheese had done sit so long it was that orangish color. Will not go back!

Like the fact you have options besides fries to choose as a side item... Coleslaw was good.

Ordered 2 big jack combos. Both burgers were cold. Meat was all dried out and was tasteless. Fries were cold n hollow. I want to just say that I have always been a fan of jacks. I moved to a state that has no jacks so when we came to Philadelphia Ms and saw a jacks we were very excited to get us a big jack. These burgers are tasteless and dont even resemble beef, im not sure what these are made of but I will never eat another burger at jacks if this is how they all taste. Fries were very disappointing. Over all experience was like a ZERO! Not to mention I got extremely sick after eating here. Probably food poisoning. Worst stomachache pains and diarrhea ever! Well that commercial about keep coming back back back to jacks, NOT Happening. Very dissapointed. If I could give a zero I would. Also the cashier would not let me get my special big jack and fries thru the jacks app for $4.99 she said it was not working even though on my app it was. Lady in line said she refused her the special. Oh and it was working, I had the code and everything and she just refused to give it to me. Said try it another time. No Thanks!

The French fries are so salty that we can’t eat it. We love Jack shakes but the last few times that we have gotten the shakes, our cups was barely half full.
