Flambo Caribbean/indian Center City

If you think you will get authentic Indian food then you won’t. They have very limited vegetarian options and they have their own style of making the Indian style food. The food was ready good and tasty but again nothing near to how Indian food tastes. Servers are really good and will take care of you.Food: 3/5

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. My server was excellent, and I began my meal with the pholourie, which was incredibly delicious. I ordered the curry goat, which was packed with flavor, and enjoyed it with a buss up shot and a glass of sorrel, all of which are some of my favorites. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

This is a fantastic spot for dining and unwinding! We had a family gathering, and both the service and food were exceptional. I highly recommend this place!

The staff is attentive and happy to answer any menu questions. Many dishes are made to order, setting Flambo apart from other Trinbagonian restaurants in the area. While this may take some extra time, the happy hour menu is quick to arrive. The happy hour features typical offerings, including half-priced drinks and appetizers. The pholourie is a tad pale, but the flavor is there, especially with the accompanying tamarind sauce. The pepper sauce packs a real punch! The made-to-order rotis are silky and a generous size, making them perfect for scooping up curried meats and vegetables. However, the Chinese dishes tend to be overly salty, including the fried rice, chicken, and pork belly cutters. Overall, the other offerings are quite good. Philadelphia is in need of a nice sit-down restaurant serving Trinbagonian cuisine, and Flambo fits the bill perfectly.

The food is garbage.not happy with the service .i ordered some wings they was undercooked and tasted like the were freezerburned not cooked.the guy i spoke to was kevin.i beleive he was a manager or owner.very rude.i ate there 3 weeks ago.stay away from this place.plus while i was eating i saw a huge cockroach climbing out of the side floor stay away not good
