Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

There was nothing in my bowl but chicken. Nothing else just chicken. There was no options on the app to add ingredients to to bowl.

Did not include barbacoa in the burrito after I ordered it to be in the burrito

Chipotle is a good place to lunch or go for a quick bite, but it is a step over taco bell. all meats come into sous vide (they can watch as they open pockets of cooked meat throughout the day,) it is not like the advertisement they see. it is usually clean, not a real atmosphere, all hot sauces were empty and it was expensive! a burrito and a soda were $20. for tex-mex? really?

Terrible store the service is müll the workers are slow, no one came to let us know is a delay, stadd members only from the floor to foot while it is busy. I wait 20 minutes for my order, never again. always went to qdoba, but wanted to try and never again

They were only taking online orders. They were out of chips, but didn’t even mention it until we had left with our order and returned to the store. The food was ice cold. The soda machine did not have ice. Workers were rude.
