Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

Hadn't been here since 2016, and it was even better than I remembered. An entire team of people built this chicken bowl for me, I was in and out in just a few minutes. And what a heaping pile of a chicken bowl it was! A spoon of guacamole is $3 extra, but it's worth it. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Chipotle.

Walked in and 3 employees were sweeping. No one was working the line until one of the employees screamed at the staff in the kitchen to come out. The staff clearly doesn't care about the quality of their work. After helping one customer 2 staff members looked right at me, said nothing and went back to the kitchen to chat. I left without even getting to place an order. The food also looked old, the sour cream was congealed and instead of replacing the Pico they were basically serving it as a watery soup. Terrible service.

Terrible service. This is the only location I have ever had bad experiences at. Ordered through the app only to be told that someone else picked up my order?? Cashier talked to me multiple times and failed to reimburse my order when I was told she was looking into it. I was only helped by a manager after waiting for half an hour in which she took me to the back of the long line that I could have already been through 8 times if I was helped right away and not misdirected to wait.This location also randomly likes to have “pickup only” hours when they don’t feel like making more food or serving walk in guests. Not notice on the door or otherwise.You can tell they are severely understaffed so I take pity on the employees.

Each time I order from this location, I tell myself that I won 't return, but when I 'm looking for a quick dinner on my way home, I give it another chance only to be disappointed again. I do have sympathy for the employees because there is never enough staff to keep up with this high volume store. What 's consistent is that there are never ingredients available (or they don 't want to prep ingredients an hour before close) when you get home, you 're always surprised with an incorrect order or always missing ingredients. Tonight, they had the audacity to charge me for a bowl that was halfway filled with cold chicken, dry brown rice (I ordered white rice), missing lettuce, I paid extra for Guac that was missing too. Usually their version of Guac is literally half of a cold avocado thrown into the bowl. This was a mobile order, so I should have checked it while in the store, knowing it 's never accurate. It 's going to be a NOpotle for me for now on...

Oh man... I've been to this Chipotle quite a few times since I live next to it but this time I'm just really grossed out. It is 7:30pm and my bowl was just made fresh, but my chicken is dead cold. Was this even in hot holding for food safety? Definitely not. I get it's the end of the day, but... Also, the rice is just brown rice. Not their signature cilantro lime rice. It's bland. And the guac on my bowl is just chunks of avocado, not even their typical guacamole. Whomever was cooking/food prepping today really missed the mark. I'm honestly sick to my stomach and have only managed a few bites before I realized how awful this is and it's probably dangerous to eat. Really upset :
