Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

This Chipotle is located on the second floor of the mall's food court. I went in to try the brisket and felt a bit guilty because I took the last bit from a fresh batch, especially since the woman behind me was also hoping for some! However, my burrito was fantastic, and the brisket was delicious. It was expertly wrapped and held its shape perfectly until the very last bite.

This is the worst Chipotle in the city. We placed a pickup order and were missing two side items, as well as some ingredients in our meal. The guacamole was basically just mashed avocado, and to make matters worse, we found a piece of rind in it. It was a terrible experience, and I plan to escalate this matter to Chipotle Corporate.

I think this restaurant really needs to reconsider its operations. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for pick-up, and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time for it to be ready. When I got home, I discovered that there was no chicken in the quesadilla at all. The staff also seemed quite unhappy.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever visited, and I definitely won't be returning. They never have your order prepared when you order in advance, the staff doesn't seem willing to assist, and when you do manage to get your order, it’s consistently disappointing.

The girl putting the food on you plate I so RUDE! I asked her a question and she literally rolled her eyes at me and didn?t answer me waiting for me to leave. Went I left she started laughing with her coworkers and u just feel so bad! never coming back. Plus she didn?t Even putted enough food in my plate It seems that she hates working here
