Bidrage med feedbackI smelled the aroma out on the street while walking. A person standing guard to entry of a private party assured me the place was CAVA. I was surprised but went in.These people know food and how to treat customers. All the right stuff is here for you. Whole grains; fresh vegetables; well-crafted sauces and hummus are in abundance for dinner and lunch.I bought the harissa honey chicken mixed with grilled chicken. Spinach greens and tomatoes, sides of hummus and feta with olives and everything good available.I requested a take-away side of harissa chicken and am already trying to think of how to eat it later.Extremely hard to give 5-stars until today! Try the ginger beer. It’s good.
Allow me to educate you about the purpose of mobile ordering. You see, the purpose of using mobile ordering via the Cava app is so that us cave gremlins with crippling social anxiety can order our lunch to be quickly picked up at a certain time and we can quickly retreat back to our caves without having to interact with normal humans. But, apparently, here at Cava, they don 't understand mobile ordering. No, they don 't have your order ready the moment you walk in. Instead, they wait until you get to the front of the line (which can reach OUTSIDE the door at peak hours) to get started on your order. I seriously feel like I 'm back at school, waiting in line behind 200+ other people, only to get 10 minutes to eat lunch, when I should 've gotten at least 30 out of the 45 minute period. And the Wendy 's 2 blocks down is just like this, only there is no line, but they don 't ask for what your order is until you 've been waiting there for 30 minutes. However, I would still rather get Wendy 's rather than this Cava.
As a delivery driver they make you wait till all customers inside are done. Isn't the customer who ordered already just as important? It's was a Hispanic chubby girl ignoring every time I asked . Fix it your customers from online orders are just as important as the customers in the store . This happened to me 2 times a 3 day period .Food: 4/5
It was my first time here. So it works under a similar process like Chipotle only the food is in bowls not sandwiches. You start with a choice of a base for example basmati rice the a choice of protein then sauces then toppings. All your choice of what you want. The pace is quick and the employees are friendly. Not much in the way of atmosphere but if you get seats facing the window you can watch people strolling through Center City. Food is good and filling. Worth a visit.
One of our favorite quick food bowl style restaurants. Quick, good quality food. A few improvements could be the staff could be a little more helpful in explaining food options. I had not been there in about a year since my last visit and forgot my options and the woman did not explain anytihng about the grains or salads when I asked what I could choose. In addition the bathroom was clean but the baby changing table was filthy. Luckily i had a changing pad with me, but the table was covered in what looked like dirt.
