Capital One 360 Café - Philadelphia

One of the best cafes I’ve worked in and spent time in. Nice atmosphere for studying and getting work done. On weekends they make all beverages for a dollar, I believe this is only during December 2021. Staff are friendly and amazing.

In a thoughtful gesture, Capital One customer service even sent me a bouquet of roses when they learned about my unfortunate experience with the other bank, and they were also delighted to hear about my volunteer work with animals. It was such a lovely surprise to come home to a bouquet from them! I never expected a bank to send flowers, but they've also surprised me with lovely gifts like goody bags from their store and significant discounts when using my card at the café. For a long time, I wanted to get one of their cards for discounts on beverages, and now that I have it, I’m thrilled to save 50% on all drinks just by using my Capital One debit card! I'm genuinely impressed with Capital One; they have customer service down to a science: professional, warm, kind, caring, and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have more bank branches in addition to their wonderful cafés. I'm very pleased to have started banking here; it feels like a smart decision. While I'm not yet sure if I'll close my accounts with my other bank, I'm definitely considering using Capital One more frequently, as my experiences here have been far superior overall.

This is the best place to study all day! During my stay in Philadelphia, this was my go-to spot for studying. It's especially great for Capital One customers, as we receive a discount on purchases. Plus, the restrooms are clean. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon this place and it really is fantastic! They serve great coffee, including dairy-free options. There's also an ATM where you can pay your credit card bill, along with staff available to assist you. One unique feature I noticed was the cozy nooks, which are perfect for study groups, meetings, or just relaxing while you catch up on work in a quiet atmosphere.
