Burger King - Philadelphia

I ordered from the 2 for $5 menu. Mix and match. One Whopper, One Fish. Cherry Coke. Fish Awesome! Drink Awesome! By the time I drove 3/4 of a mile, the Whopper sandwich was bone cold! The meat is now so thin that it doesn 't even resemble the sandwich of old. Basically it 's like a salad on a bun! I don 't have a problem with salad, but if I order I large burger I prefer and expect the meat to salad radio to be the opposite of what Burger KING has to offer! Fish fillet sandwich and chicken nuggets are the way to go, I guess.

Went there today. 1st didn't taste salt on fries. I ordered the Bacon King burger, man when I tell you that there was next to no condiments on my sandwich. It was as dry as the sun surface. Its was horrible. This time was unfortunate but this has to get better thank you. I took two bits out of this sandwich.

Drive through service was good! I asked for and received fresh fries without any pushback. Just took a couple mins extra.

There were approx 9-10 cars going through the drive through. I decided to go inside to order, thought it would be faster. I enter this Burger King at 1:22p per my receipt. I exited 2:00 per the refund receipt which I could not get a copy of. And had to take a picture of because the manager stated that she had to turn both copies in. My food was bagged up as I was speaking to customer service which was also while my refund was taking place. It was no organization in this place, there were 5 to 6 young ladies including the manager in the front and two gentleman in the back making the food. Everyone was all over the place. Including the manager. There was a guy in front of me picking up an order that the manager told to calm down because he was wondering what was taking so long. A police officer was behind me with a special order and his order can up before mine. I ordered a whopper meal and he ordered a whopper with nothing on it and fries. This restaurant had enough people in the front to have a person on the door dash orders, one for the walk ons, one assisting the drive through person that was taking the orders, a cashier, and someone on fries. No organization at all, and it showed. Missing money could not be a goal for this company, it was ridiculous. And this was the Burger King on Cottman Ave.

Love my bk so do my kid's. Workers are really nice but just a little slow. But would suggest going to bk to anyone.
