Their sandwiches are just so-so, but this place is good with pastries and better with making coffee.

Was a quick stop. I wasn't going to purchase anything as it was my BIL who was going to buy some chocolate for my sister but I couldn't pass up the chocolate dipper pretzels and macaroons and so glad I didn't. They were both delicious!

One of my favorite places Philly’s little Italy. Be sure to purchase the Italian market reserve coffee. Some of the best coffee you’ve ever had.

I was excited to come here, the coffee was okay, the service was alright. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing.

We visited Anthony's on a late fall afternoon to sample their famous gelato with a friend who's a gelato connoisseur. Collectively we inhaled 7 of their flavors. Lemoncello, Salted Caramel and Stracciatella were our favorites. It was impressive to watch the server pack 3 hefty scoops into 1 tiny cup without a drip. We ate at their small outdoor table. There is a cozy dining room if you want to eat in. Our friend enjoyed their gelato so much that she braved a rainstorm the next day to buy a sampler for a dinner party.
