Marco's Pizza - Phenix City

The staff was friendly and patient as I had never been to a Marcos before. I got a hot sub and it was nice. I did have to wait about 13 minutes and I was the only customer in the store.

Beautiful looking new store! Great new staff. And of course a delicious pizza. So glad this store has opened in this area, it was much needed!

Food was good but all the employees stayed in the back and so we had to wait a while to get any additional items we needed like plates, cups, etc.

Good pizza always! and good service. Only reason why I don?t give it 5 stars is because they don?t deliver to my address which is like 5 minutes from them.

I used to like this place because it was good and pretty convenient because it was relatively close to my house. The quality in the food itself has gone down hill, the staff are rude, and the place just doesn?t do it for me anymore. I?m now used to cold pizza and bad customer service. Don?t think I?ll be coming here anymore. Also, no one works a second job because they want to.
