Vi Dieu - Phan Thiet

The pho at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, some of the best I've had in Vietnam. It includes tofu, mock meats, and a generous amount of herbs and lettuce to accompany it. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when we placed our order and did not speak to us at all. Despite this, I will still give it 4 stars because the pho was too delicious to pass up.

The menu at this restaurant is not very clear about what you are ordering. We tried the "intermittent soup" which was flavorful but a bit unusual. The vegetable pancake was terrible, with fake meats that were slimy. However, the prices are very affordable, so there may be other dishes on the menu that are worth trying.

We arrived to a lady who felt clearly put out that we were there. Service was poor. Other places close by were much nicer. Food was ok. If you don't mind someone rolling their eyes at you when you ask for something it's an ok place to eat. I would only return if it was my only option.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant. The prices were unbelievably low and the flavors were excellent. This could be the best pho we had during our entire trip. Definitely worth a visit.

Asked to make our food without egg which they understood ordered veg fried noodles which were tasty. Spring rolls are delicious. Very reasonable price. Would come again
