Taco Bell - Pflugerville

You guys really need to improve the service, I ordered mexican pizza and several other things through drive way. I never got my Mexican pizza which I paid for and instead of that you gave me this? There is nothing inside except lettuce. I understand you are busy and there are several customer in line but at the end we are also paying for the food and we expect the right order.

Several issues. I waited at the unstaffed register for a couple of minutes and finally had to call back to the kitchen for someone to take my order. The table I chose felt sticky, and when I wiped it with wet napkins they came away pretty dirty. I discovered sticky stuff under the table too, and changed tables. When my food arrived it wasn't well heated; the cheese in the enchiladas wasn't melted and the refried beans were thick and only moderately warm.

I like taco bell but this one get my order wrong too often. Update: this location closed up 30 minutes earlier and put boxes up their drive through windows so you couldn't see in. There were 4 cars waiting. Never going back there

It was a last minute stop in our day but it was nice to have such great people helping this old lady with a meal for the grandkids.They sure love them tacos!!!

Whole bunch of teenagers and people who hate their job. I ordered some nacho fries inside once and waited over 15 minutes just for it and I finally got annoyed and told the manager can I get my money back because I've been waiting over 15 minutes and luckily she was the sweetest lady ever she gave me my food AND a refund and apologized to me for the awful employees she had on the shift that day. Please just go through the drive thru if you are hungry, the service at the window is better than inside
