Bidrage med feedbackMy colleagues and I often make the drive from San Antonio to Dallas, and we always plan our schedule to fit in a meal at this restaurant. Recently, I've been on a Combination Lo Mein kick, but I've really enjoyed everything else we've tried as well.
I have had mixed experiences at this restaurant in the past, but this last time it was the best it's ever been. Alex was our chef, and he was fantastic.
I absolutely love the orange chicken! The pieces were large and perfectly crispy on the outside. Usually, big pieces tend to be dry, but this was juicy and made with fresh white meat. The pan-fried potstickers and crab rangoons were standard, but enjoyable. However, I wasn't a fan of the Szechuan beef. It was supposed to be spicy, but instead, it was overly sweet. Not great.
Excellent service and outstanding food—what more could you ask for? The pan-fried pork potstickers are massive and incredibly delicious. The hot soup was enjoyable, and the Kung Pao Triple Joy was absolutely delightful. Interestingly, her fried rice was just average, but it was still quite good. Overall, this is definitely a place to visit if you’re craving quality Chinese cuisine.
It was good, but not amazing. I ordered the sesame chicken and found that there was a bit too much sauce—almost like a soup on my plate. The flavor was acceptable and the prices were reasonable. The service was prompt and efficient.
