Shogun - Pflugerville

Loved the dragon roll, but the OMG roll was definitely my favorite . The staff was very attentive and the food was great! Loved the atmosphere here

My wife and i dined at the normal non hibachi tables. The food was incredible value and came out very quick, only complaint there was my wife’s salmon was rather dry. But the reason for the review is the service, we had the best waitress we have ever had in Austin, Yan. She was super quick and attentive, anticipating things before we needed them, and clearing the table so quick. It was a welcome change of pace from the typical service we see in the area.

Shogun was a pleasant surprise as this was my first time. Also, side note, they do the traditional hibachi style flat top grill cooking if you are looking for it. This was a sushi dinner, as you can see from the photos. Traditional rolls as well as some specialty rolls, all very fresh and tasty. Our server was very attentive which was nice. Apps were good, prices reasonable. 5 out of 5 for a sushi dinner.

Sushi is always good. I had a problem when I had a $40 tab then tipped $15 the money was twin out of my account everything was good. Then a month later they updated the ticket and shogun took $98 out of my account. This has made me not want to take the chance again.
